Single Membership – includes 5 Guest Passes $150.00
Senior Membership (65+) – includes 5 Guest Passes $125.00

2024 Beach Club Membership Form

Family membership is anyone who lives in your home, including children. If they do not live with you but are immediate family, then you must use guest passes for them to attend the beach club.

Senior membership is anyone over age 65 and it includes their spouse.

Single membership is for that one person. If that single person has a spouse/significant other, then they must get a Family membership, or the spouse/significant other must use guest passes to attend.

Guest passes are one-time one-use passes. When you have none left, then it is $5 per person per day to bring a guest.

Members are allowed to host a party at the beach club. No private parties allowed so it will have to be held while the beach club is open. You will get one of the 3 spaces that can be reserved for your party on that day, in which two of those areas have 2 picnic tables and 2 grills and one of those areas has 2 grills and 4 picnic tables. You also get to use one of the refrigerators for any food. There is no limit to your guests for the party, but you will need to give a guest list to the front desk. Your guests will have to check in at the front desk. We have been getting requests already for party reservations, but you must pay your membership then the party reservation fee in order for that date to be reserved. The party reservation form is attached. Unfortunately, the pavilions had to be taken down, but we will replace them with something else which we cannot disclose right now. The fee for parties has been increased to $150.

We will be offering kayak storage on the property this season. It will be $50 for the season, and it is first come, first serve. We can only allow a limited number of kayaks to be stored on the property. If interested, please reach out to Wendy Sutton for that information.

We have an Executive Board that assists in making decisions for the beach club and the boat docks. Wendy Sutton manages the beach club and boat docks and the day-to-day operations, but the executive board consists of members to help with the decision making when needed.
The executive board consists of Wendy Sutton, Sue Gorgolione, April Dodenhoff, Charlie Krause, John Varrone, Frank Marinaro and Freddy Richards.

We will have at least one open meeting during the season for all members.

If you previously rented a boat slip, the applications were emailed. There is a waiting list for the boat docks. Please send an email to the email above with the size and type of boat and your name, address, and cell# to get put on the waiting list.

For more information, please email crescentcovebeach@gmail.com or call Wendy Sutton, Beach Club/Boat Dock Manager at 973-398-5139.

We will advise of any beach closings via email to members and the Facebook page.

Lake water is checked regularly in accordance with the NJ Department of Health requirements.

History Then and Now:

We are a family-oriented association dedicated to maintaining a safe place for its members to enjoy the beach and water during the summer season. The beach was open back in the day in the 1950’s for the summer homeowners thus Hopatcong Hills Land and Homeowners Association. Since that time, we have made additions to the beach – from having a just a raft in the lake to now having a large playground, kiddie swings, a water slide, water hammocks, kayaks, paddle boats, and ice cream, water, juice, and soda for sale. We also employ lifeguards and gatekeepers and maintenance personnel to keep up the grounds.
